3F Program (Fight for Function) 

With the purpose of integrating the immigrants and newcomers to Canada in the society, the “Canadian Development Center for Immigrants” (CDC) is rolling out its new program; 3F. This program aims to provide training in management for immigrants and 2 to 3 weeks of work experience at one of the companies from our network in your area.

Being involved in the 3F program will help you develop your skills, build your Canadian experience, and access to the business marketplace.    It will also provide a platform for immigrants to meet, discuss, and brainstorm with experts and leaders the issues pertaining to their respective industries. This program will allow participants to benefit from the shared knowledge and best practices and the ability to apply insights with their respective organizations to enhance productivity
